Zdzislaw Wieckowski

Zdzislaw Wieckowski serves as General Counsel to Promittens Energy, advising on corporate governance, transactions, compliance, legal strategy, and enabling the development and financing of large-scale renewable energy projects.
He brings extensive international experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance, having advised U.S. and U.K. multinationals across more than 50 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
His prior positions include among others Partner at Hogan & Hartson, White & Case, and Bird & Bird.
Mr. Wieckowski has led complex cross-border transactions including M&A, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, project finance, and real estate development. His infrastructure experience spans power, water, waste, and transportation projects.
He holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.  He concentrated in Corporate Finance, Accounting and Financial Analysis during his MBA studies at the Boston College Carroll School of Management.  He did his undergraduate studies at Boston University, majoring in International Relations and in Central & Eastern European Studies.
