Olen Bielski

Olen Bielski brings extensive experience in business development, government relations, consultative sales, and strategic marketing to Promittens Energy. He has worked across the clean energy and distributed power sectors, including leadership roles with ESG Clean Energy and Guascor Power USA, where he focused on advancing energy solutions, building strategic partnerships, and supporting project development initiatives.
At Promittens Energy, Olen supports business development, public-sector engagement, and relationship-building with municipalities, landowners, commercial customers, and strategic partners. His background in clean energy, stakeholder outreach, and community-based initiatives strengthens Promittens’ ability to originate and advance solar, battery storage, and infrastructure opportunities across the Northeast.
Olen previously served as Director of Business Development at ESG Clean Energy, where he was involved in clean power and carbon-capture-related distributed energy projects.
